Refund policy
To Return Products and Receive a Full or Partial Refund
Please follow these steps:
1. Please read the following return guidelines and verify that your item(s) is eligible to return. Returns are valid up to 30-days from the receipt of your order.
2. Request an RMA number via our contact page. In your message, please provide clear details on the reason for your return. We will do our best to respond to your return request within one business day
3. Carefully package your item for return and include the original invoice if possible
4. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of your package, and ship to our address: Irongate Enterprises, 1645 Jills Ct., Suite 104, Bellingham, WA 98226
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Returns are not valid without an RMA number supplied by ASR Federal. Your return and full or partial refund (see restocking fee policy below) will be processed within 1 to 2 business days AFTER arriving at our warehouse.
Refund
Once you have followed the Return steps and the product has been received in our return facility with a valid RMA number we will process a full or partial refund (see restocking fee information below) within 2 business days.
Refused Shipments/Insufficient Address:
If a shipment is refused for any reason, including post office non-delivery, the customer is responsible for the charge incurred to re-ship the item. If the item is not wanted after first attempt of delivery, the purchase price will be refunded in full less the shipping expense. ASR Federal also reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee (which we may also choose to waive).
Warranty Limitations:
ASR Federal cannot warrant an item that has been improperly used or physically damaged.
RMAs:
RMA Numbers are valid from 30 days after issuance. After you get an RMA number, please send the item(s) in immediately.
Fitness of Purpose:
ASR Federal cannot warrant any product as fit for any particular use or purpose. We strongly recommend customers evaluate a sample unit to determine by their criteria whether a product will work in their configuration.
Defective Products:
Any damages arising from a defective product to be limited to a refund of the purchase price only (waived in certain cases). Defective items will be replaced with either a replacement unit or electronic credit in same form of payment.
All Sales are Subject to Restocking Fees:
Return of product, other than with defect, are subject to a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
Damaged Items or Missing Parts:
Damaged items or missing parts / accessories not as advertised must be reported within 7 business days of receipt of product.
Warranty Repair:
Any items sent back for warranty repair must have been tested bad prior to returning the part.
Defective Item Return:
Customer MUST CAREFULLY PACK defective items being returned, as if they were and working. FAILURE TO DO SO may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty.
Return Exclusions:
- Items that contact the nose, mouth or inner ear
- Any factory sealed item that has been opened
- Items clearly designated as clearance, scratch & dent or one-of-a-kind
- Oversized or overweight items are not eligible for returns
